FORM 16 ON SPARSH PORTAL 1. As per scrolling notification on SPARSH portal, Form 16 for FY 23-24 are uploaded on SPARSH portal. However Form 16 are uploaded only for those pensioners who had TDS deducted in pension. For other pensioners, PCDA has no plan to upload Form 16 for last FY 23-24 and instead Annual Statement of Income is being uploaded in place of Form 16 for them under same Form 16 tab under Documents. 2. Those SPARSH pensioners who are still finding their Form 16 or Annual Income Statement are not uploaded on SPARSH portal and feel its need, can lodge grievance on SPARSH portal under Grievance Category ‘Pension Documents’ and Grievance Sub Category ‘Form 16’ with request to upload pending Form 16 for FY 23-24. 3. If Form 16 is not available for pension for last financial year due to any reasons, ITR may be filed with help of Form 26AS, AIS and TIS.
