Mustang's ability to incercept rockets degrades over the course of every round. They can incercept pretty much a full salvo in the beginning, but after 10 salvos they only maybe hit a quarter of them.
I've found mustangs a poor counter to stormcallers. The best thing to do is to just not worry about the rockets and get some tanky fast movers and just overrun them. Tanks with repair and mech rage, upgraded fortresses to tank all the shots, crawlers to run over them. Going mustangs just seems to make a static line that eventually gets overwhelmed.
It depends on time, does stopping 2-3 salvos give you enough time to overrun, or do you still lack the damage to punch through quickly.
He group up so much you could have destroyed his entire army with two sentry missiles.
The first round he did rapid resupply and went for an extra unit as well, so 600 supplies he got 2 storms and an arc with 100 used to unlock storms/3rd unit.
he went heavy into the quick supply start, but the next round left him with 100 supplies so it wouldve been a good round to capitalize on
First round felt firmy like ball territory
