@@ChopxAnkx This is more like ACE. I ride it like 4 days a week, and it is probably one of the safest transit lines in the country (partially because of its frequency). Its full of a lot of middle aged people commuting to their tech jobs, and I can even leave my bag unnatended when I use the bathroom
you can already ride the train to tracy from sacramento meanwhile the train tracks along the river do nothing and no one wants to talk about using them for congestion..this is just a stop nothing more ...meh
I dont think there is a single train to Sacramento? Youd have to go on ACE, then possibly transfer to a different station onto the San Joaquin's amtrak train
Yes!!!!! Finally some good news I can't wait to be able to go and visit my friend in Sacramento 🙏 hopefully this doesn't take so long
well let’s hope there’s no more delays since the first branch to Modesto got delayed to 2026 when it was supposed to be completed this year
I always love ACE to Elk Grove, CA.😮
There you go. Hop from Elk Grove to Ghirardelli's SF for some shopping and lunching then hop back to Elk Grove just in time for dinner.
Yes.
About time.....
About time
how long is the trip?
I heard be ready by end of 2024, now they say 2026.
Oh no.... it's going to be the homeless corridor.
Mark my words.
Right. It will be tent city
OH GO TO HELL FUCKBOY I LOVE TRAINS AND I WANT TO VISIT MORE WHEN IM OUT RAILFANNING
I dont see why?
FINALLY! A “ BART” type train that will connect Sacramento County to San Francisco Bay Area.
And the crime that comes with it

Does it get to Fremont, or at least is there a connection with Amtrak which doesn't stop at Elk Grove

San Joaquin’s rarely even has trains coming from Tracy and the Sacramento subdivision is pretty much dead really only running night trains
