closer to double, take whatever you think a car is worth and double it to get an accurate estimate.im almost 55 and think like its still 1985 too,it isnt and the prices reflect that fact.
Great channel brother nuce to see what car's are bring at auctions.awesome condition there getting harder to find and wen you find in it's usually busted out and beat to hell
@@ClassicRideSociety honestly considering that the elcamino is something that has no been made in awhile, it may be high. You don't see many on the road like you use to, not even the last gens.
I'm going to say $7500 or so. Yup, pretty clean. Starting in '85, El Camino production moved to Mexico from the US, so you will see a VIN # starting with "3" on this to denote it's made there. Why was it at the auction? Looks like not much wrong with it.
If you found this on Craigslist, the seller would ask $11-12k for it, but would take 10. In this auction, you could get away with it for $8500 or $9000. Minus the dash and radio, she needs little to no work!
That’s a beauty.
Damn thats clean
Nice find!
Great example of an ElCammo! I'm gonna say $5500
Highest bid was 8k and it didnt sell. I didnt now it at the time of making the video that this car was a consignment with a reserve

@@EfurdGarage they will only go up. Wonder what the demand will be in a decade. I still see them getting junked around here
