  • This second video in the Born to Learn series, Class Reunion, unpacks very neatly the significance of Confucius's explanation that essentially it is only when you take the responsibility of having to do something for yourself that you really start to learn. We are happy for our videos to be shared and translated, either in audio or text format, and we ask that appropriate accreditation/links are given to this channel and/or website.

This is amazing. I'm still at high school and it's very true that we can't learn about things we aren't emotionally attached to. I've always felt that the education system was very flawed. I'm so excited to see where this goes; I think it can make a huge impact!

I "stumbled upon" your video and website a few days ago. I have since shared it with several co-workers and professors. I teach preschool, As well as attend college. I love the simplicity behind this idea! Keep up the good work!

I'm still in school now and I believe that if our classes were a little bit more entertaining then I would probably be more interested in learning.
And you know, I hate all of the pressure put on us by adults, teachers, and even ourselves to get stupid numbers on a sheet of paper.
And if we drop out of school and don't even go to college/university we are condemned by everyone to failure. Seriously, I really wish I could just get out of here.
I wish I could wake up everyday and be EXCITED to

Fourth wall broken. As a young person still 'learning' I totally agree with this, we need to learn in the way thats right for us.

If you don't like something, change it! Be the change you want to see in this world... Start by Learn so that you can think for yourself.

I really wish youtube would let you contribute and edit translations of their videos, in a seemless and easy to use manner that doesnt take you away from the video or pause it, youtube has started to become more and more important, in the way ideas are spread an easy to contribute and on the fly approach to edit in a duolingo fashion with points and priviledge to deter inevitable purposeful mistranslations seems essentially important to spread information worldwide, not to mention dubs for deaf.
