i wonder why they omitted “get your phones out, you’re gonna wanna film this” 🤔
that is an omission from late in the out of town runs prior to broadway! i believe the common understanding is that its an equity agreement between them and the band that you aren't technically allowed to film megasixes in the us. like, yea its gonna still happen, and i think it's kind of a silly exclusive rule but that is the current assumed reason
@@lilianstanton8972 I believe the issue lies in that Broadway doesn't allow external recording, so they changed the wording because filming isn't allowed during the show. As you said though, of course, it will still happen, they just cant promote it.
@@MandiSings94 Right! I don't see them going out of there way to do anything about it, but they can't encourage it.
