@@TeenX- the way to get her is luck: any basic crystal, grandmaster crystal, dual class crystal, etc... just open lots of crystals. You'll pull her eventually. Good Luck, dude.
A champion that has negative feedback without putting a negative effect on opponent, is usually a red flag for me. I just hate the reduce duration for the same dimension stack and doesn't have any effect on opponent. An exception to this is Bishop. Yes, he will lose prowess if he is under bleed, shock or incinerate BUT those lost prowess will also deal energy damage on opponent. So while I like her mechanics, it is not useful enough to the point I can bring her in a long fight to test her maximum potential. What a dissappointing mechanic
You would have to pull her from a Crystal. All crystals are random but if you get the dual class Crystal with mystic and science you would have a higher chance
