Dollar Tree Halloween DIY || Jack DIY || Just 1 Quick Craft

I love Jack decor for Halloween! This one was quick and easy! I hope it inspires you!
Materials~
Dollar Tree~
Styrofoam pumpkin
Glass candle holder
Round styrofoam
2 Black floral picks
Other~
Black and white ribbon
White raffia
Hot glue
Posca pant markers (you can use a black sharpie)
