thanks again for these continuing videos, I'm sure the Pendeckar was one of the greatest in the world, interestingly at one of his seminars he did a very similar exercise as these elbows and then changing to the other elbow and changing to the other elbow, he did it with small foot sweep I guess it's a biset, he would push the right punch from the outside pull the arm down step forward with his right foot on the outside of the right foot of the opponent pull down on the arm with his left hand at the right wrist putting his right hand on the left shoulder and turning the upper body to the right (the opponent's) and sweep out the right foot with his right foot, then when the opponent stepped back with their right foot he would switch over turn their body to their left and then step over diagonally with his left foot to the outside of the opponents left foot, every time the opponent stepped back he would step across and sweep the other foot (left to left foot and right to right), a continuous exercise, just like this one, maybe you had to be there 😊

I'm glad that you're enjoying these video clips. Like I said before there will be more not only from The Pendekar but also from all the great martial arts instructors who came to the Kali academy to share their art. Sadly a majority of them are no longer with us hence the reason I'm uploading them on this channel, it's my way helping their memory and their art to live on as well as promoting those who are still here with us.
