    ■Kajiwara Hitori's profile
    [Career and Achievements]
    After graduating from Keio University School of Medicine, he worked in a medical department before moving to the United States to further his research, studying abroad at Harvard University and Stanford University.
    Within a year and a half of studying abroad, his papers were published in the world-renowned British scientific journal Nature and the American scientific journal Science, making him an internationally recognized ophthalmologist.
    After returning to Japan, he opened the Kajiwara Eye Care Clinic in Kinshicho.
    The clinic has been featured in many media outlets as a place where "ophthalmology refugees®" who have been abandoned by other ophthalmology clinics flock from all over the country to visit, hearing about its reputation. For glaucoma, a disease considered incurable, the clinic has a policy of "Designing Glaucoma Treatment®," and "designs" how to deal with the disease for each patient, so that they are not misled by incorrect treatments or rumors.

    いつも拝見し参考にしております。
    質問があります。
    「目を休ませる」ことについて日頃疑問を持っていることをお尋ねします。
    1. 電車内で本やスマホを見るので、目を休ませるために、窓外のできるだけ遠くを見るようにしますが、何しろ動いている電車なので、目の前を建物や木々がすごい速さで通り過ぎているのも視界に入りますし、遠くの視点も遮られます。この状況で、目を休めることになるのでしょうか。
    2.目を閉じていれば目を休ませることになる?
    REM睡眠は文字通り睡眠中、目を閉じている時に眼球が素早く動いていることですが、寝つきが悪い時、頭ではいろんな思考が渦巻いていて、それが映像化されているように瞼を閉じながら”見ている”ような気がします。実際目に力が入っているなと思って力を抜くようにすることがあります。この状況は”目を休ませる”ことになるのでしょうか。
    ちなみに私は-8.5の強度近視に加え、緑内障、白内障があり、定期的に診ていただいています。母も網膜症で視野がほとんど欠けており、目の症状には気を付けたいと思っています。
    お忙しいところ恐縮ですが、教えていただけましたら幸いです。

    質問です。ケール系の青汁や、明日葉系の青汁は眼にとって有効でしょうか。野菜価格高騰で、満足な量を補えず、青汁ですこしでも、補えるなら飲みたいと思っているのですが。糖分なしの青汁で、眼にとって効果がすこしでもあるならやりたいのですが。教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
