Beautiful story its crazy how tv made it so that arnold and lou were the only big guys I look up to them and Bruce lee Dammit man I wish I saw yah guys 30 years ago no telling where bodybuilding could turn black men in the hood that it could have save lives
True indeed.
Very deep comment
Exactly...these guys couldve also been huge movie stars. Monson especially.
They always trying to keep black men out of competition cuz they kno they will always take over and make the white man look weak and they cant have that
“Big Black Monstas!”
Man Big Craig is so good at telling stories. How much fun would it be to sit with him and have a few drinks .
Its good to see real strong men physically, spiritually, and mentally grow old tell stories as the "O.G." Original Griot, tell stories and inspire! Thanks CT; Thanks Mr. Craig. GOD BLESS!
Craig Munson was born a super human. Look at his shoulders. Thats all genetics. No roids or workouts will give you that spread.
I have always thought of Monson as the Victor Richards of his era. Total freak..bigger than most pros.but didn't really get his name from competing. Got his name from being the local freak that everyone knew. Just like Vic Richards.
Himalayan Damn, the truth hurts.
+Rifle Chess oh I highly doubt that, there would've been slaves since the beginning of man I'd imagine.which were black.all and all Craig Monson is an impressive specimen of a man as is OG CT.😎😎
You stupid af
@@himalayan8315 thats the 100% truth
Like Big Craig said “We from the hood we don’t know nothing about roids” all natty gains baby. shoutouts everyone whos never been on gear 💪🏾
Bunch a baloney. Dbol is natural sure.
He didnt say he "never" been on roids.
@RICH LIFTS thanks homie we trying 💪💪
Idk what y’all are talking about but people from the “hood” usually don’t kno shit about gear #facts
He said he didn’t use until his mid 30s
Craig Monson still looks intimidating!!! Genetics 🧬 can’t be overlooked. Great guy!!
I LOVE listening to older fellas exchange stories. It can be about taking a shit! I wanna hear it
if you start calling your triceps 'back arms' your tricep recovery will increase by 25%
🤣🤣
Haters will say This isnt science
Whoever says triceps will get a cramp tomorrow
😭😭😭
To the layman " backarms" is a prison term
Hell of a job with this interview, CT!
I all ways look up to Craig Monson and Tookie Williams as a kid and they made me start working out
Much respect for both y’all true OGs
Man..I never enjoyed two OGs talking this much in my life, God Bless
Men like CT and Monson are a rare breed! We lucky to be alive with them to hear this shit in person.

Good to see you two brothers healthy
Some forgotten movements in this video. Solid gold and thank you
This was truly awesome! Big Craig is so right. No way should it have taken this long for y'all to interview. Can't wait for part 2! Blessings to you both! 🙌🏾🙏🏾✊🏽
Man you just inspired me to do 3 plate tricep kickouts eventually. I have spent 20 years torqueing bolts on heavy diesel engines and trucks. This would make me the king of all heavy diesel mechanics! I'm currently 250lbs 5'11".
What he used for his overhead is what I use for squats....Craig Beast Manson
Two beast chopping it up priceless!!!
Love to see CT and Craig just hanging out. 2 inspirations in one place.
Good to see you getting better Mr.fletcher. Mr. Monson is And was And will forever be the Truth. God bless you both
