- I've had a good amount of Jackfruits over the years. This seedling is better than most grafted jackfruits I've tasted.
Contact Xain's World Nursery and tell them to graft this seedling, give it a name, put it for sale, and get one. you will be glad you did!

Jackfruit is always a favorite in our house!!! we love to sit outside and tear it up as a family and indulge
Oh I wish I was there with you all eating those jackfruits I am in Kissimmee but I have to visit there and what a wonderful son that the daddy has God bless him
That one seems closer to champadak.... Btw.... That kid made me feel nostalgic....i used to climb up all over our jack fruit and mango trees 25 years ago.... I feel old now😂
This is just awesome, thank you for sharing
Thank you definitely got my name added to the list ❤
Excellent! I will be visiting the nrsery soon.💯
A single jackfruit can give 100 different types of jackfruits from the seeds. We have all jackfruit trees from the seeds and each one of them tastes differently.
Where is your farm and do you sell a sweet variety that can be grown in central Florida?
Hi Scott
Sorry, we don't have any plant nursery. We have jackfruit trees planted as a hobby 😊
I love this type of jackfruit.
haha even the cat eating it! our cat would probably like it, he eats cucumber, avo, watermelon, papaya and more! :)
Someday we may have to take a vacation just so we can try jackfruit!😂
Jackfruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh, the fruits they grow weigh 10 to 15kg or more absolutely massive. I got to eat one in March from a tree that's a variety called Baromasi, which translates to 'All year round'. When jackfruit is unripe its hard and crunchy as it ripens it softens. The seeds are also edible and used in curry's.
“Beautiful tree there, J31 seedling jakfruit gave me one the best easy peel jakfruits.
i just ordered 3 pawpaw fruit trees that love both hot summers and cold winters they are perfect for my zone
This one probably got some Campedak (Artocarpus integer) DNA in it back down the line. Just the way it grows, leaves, and even the skin of the fruit - all pointing that direction
This is Cempedak, very comman in Malaysia. It is another variety and we deep fried the the fruit with batter.
It looks like Capedak but it's jackfruit
Would love to have a tree like this!
oh and jackfruit looks good! although i can't grow it cause its tropical
I know this, oringinally grow in Malaysia with some 'hair' on the back of leaf and young stem, and they can easy die in cold climate. But some varieties originate from Taiwan do not have 'hair' and can suffer cold climate, and we call it 'Durian JackFruit',but do not taste as delicious as the Malaysia one.
is this the malaysia version you have?
Rob gave me one too…….messed up my keto eating for a week because I couldn’t stop eating it.
In Vietnam, there is a type of jackfruit kind a similar to it and is called "mít tố nữ". It was my favorite jackfruit when I was kid because it was easy to open, small and can it anytime I want comparing to other regular jackfruit 50 - 100 lbs. As I know when I was kid (in Vietnam), it was also a favorite fruit to majority ladies there, but unfortunately, not man's favorite. I don't think my dad like wet type jackfruit types all.
I hope you can bring scions in to the US
Hi Paul, do you sell your jackfruit from your tree during jackfruit season?
no I eat all the fruit I grow. sometimes I share but I don't sell
Can please send me the seeds. I love to that have JFruit in my garden. Am in South Africa
So do you like this one more than your Black Gold and the Cochin? Trying to decide on a soft variety.
This was really nice but go with Chapadak.
@@FruitfulTrees thanks, I will check reviews and were to get it, how about Golden Nugget?
@@FruitfulTrees I try looking for Chapadak but what I find is Cempadak/Chempedak/Champedak which is not exactly a Jackfruit but related, is that the one you are talking about? Also saw Jackfruit variety called Cheena which is hybrid of Jackfruit and Champedak. If you know please clarify, thanks.
@@rudekperezacupuncturistThere are many chempedak x jackfruit hybrids, all of which are commonly called 'chempejack'. Many of the named cultivars, including the famous 'chena' were hybridized in Malaysia. I have a chempjack hybrid from Florida called 'boca'. Paul has featured tastings of both chena and boca on previous episodes. Only a genetic test could determine if any chempedek is part of the genome of the tree featured in this video.
@@gordonspears6320 thanks for reply.
Don't throw away the seeds boys. Cook it, enjoy making the biggest nastiest fart in a lifetime.
