I think you've previously said you would not upgrade BUT I would 100% recommend the Harrow County Library Editions. They have great back matter. Essays and short stories and alternate pencils and covers and commentary about the decisions they made and what they changed. I just love them. Other than that this is a great list and great reminder of all the books I still haven't bought.
Great video! I finished reading Saga last week on TPB. It was great. But you have some great recommendations there like Lazarus, Black Science and Fatale. I'll have to decide which one to pick up next.
Hey Omnidog, I just wanted to say thanks for all the great content and information on all of these books. Ive just ordered harrow county, kill or be killed, incognito and the wicked and the divine some of which were based of your recommendations. Also I watched the omnibros ed brubaker writers spot light and heard you are at least 11 years sobers at this point in time and I wanted to say congratulations. Being someone in recovery myself with 3 years under my belt I know how difficult addiction can be and thought you should know. Your commitment to recovery and your followers is inspiring. Keep it up omni you the man.
Thank you straight from my heart! It will be 12 years at the end of May and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kind words! Also, you have some great reading ahead of you! I'm really excited to have been a part of your selection choices, I think you will really dig those books! And congratulations on your sobriety !! Keep it up, it's worth it, right!
Paper Girls also has good extras. I don't have Y: The Last Man or Runaways so I don't know if Brian K. Vaughan always puts a lot of great stuff in the back but I suspect he does. Great vid Jess! LOVE that I Hate Fairyland variant, I have the regular cover blah hahaha.
Another great video Jess.. I've been dying to get my hands on Fatale Deluxe Edition but it's been OOS since the time I've started reading Graphic novels..Also, that I hate fairyland gave me some Deadpool vibes..it looks real fun and bloody..shall I give it a chance?
I've wondered on Lazarus do you feel it's better to read the additional material first, before diving into the main story or will reading front to back be better? I had a chance to get the first I hate Fairyland but just couldn't get past the baby pink cover. I see you got the variant cover I may have to order both hardcovers when the second gets released.
I think Lazarus is better with it read front to back, although you can refer to the character bios in back in vol 1 if you want. I Hate Fairyland is a riot, you really need to check it out
Hey Omnidog, thanks for another great vid! Are you a Beetles fan? Back when Ringo Star was doing youtube videos, I remember he would always sign off with, "Peace and Love, peace and love!"
Nice video like always! Can you suggest some good books with single writer, single artist and which are complete. I mean so many people recommend Lazarus by Rucka or Low by Remender but they are not completed yet. I want to read something like Fade out or Descender. They both have single writer and artist also the story has definitive end which helps because I don't have to keep wondering about when the next book will come out..like Black Magik by Rucka :(
Omnidog's Vault I didn’t even know about Dr Star. Thanks for letting me know. Jess, since maybe May I’ve been taking your advice and started my collection. I have now in collective edition 37 books. All of the books are based on your recommendations but 1 set of The Boys Definitive Editions. I don’t recall you recommending them before but not sure. I have a good balance of books between the big 2 and independents. Thanks for your knowledge and shows.
@@dacollector9392 I am so happy to be able to help you with your collection! That makes me really feel good to know that! I don't recall doing any segments on the Boys, I personally liked it, but I think it might be too over the top for a lot of people...
Great video! Omnidog can you do a top 10 comics with soundtracks pleeeease!
Comics with soundtracks? I’m not sure what you mean but I want to do it for you lol! What exactly would you like me to do?

That's a great idea, it will take some serious thought because you're right, so many series are unfinished. I will give it a go!
@@OmnidogsVault thanks Omnidog!! :)
I am going to work on that video this week Vishal!
@@OmnidogsVault Awesome! You rock omnidog!! Eagerly waiting.
Do I read Quantum Age or Frankenstein first? I’ve read Black Hammer and it was great
Da Collector I read Sherlock, Dr Star and then Quantum Age.

Omnidog's Vault I’m struggling a little bit getting through it. Maybe because I read some great ones before it

What version of deadly class is that mine is pink and some of your other volumes are different than mine
those are the DCBS variants
I loved 0:42 - 0:57😂
I believe you have Berserk but it's too dark, I know.
Hi all
