Video shows tow truck driver take picture of the front of the car and then right as he leaves outside overhead door you can see the flash of his picture of the back. Get a hold of his film. Case closed for 10th time
It cant be Yuri - watch video again, while yuri talking about his hat tow truck driver took picture of the back of car. Even if Yuri took pictures of back that should be evidence.

I thought it was so interesting how the prosecution broke down the video at the bar piece by piece focusing on how many drinks she allegedly drank (which by the way I could see only two times she was served a drink). Yet, mysteriously there are zero videos from the cops home, from the garage, etc. etc. etc.
Lally should be disbarred. I am writing the bar ethics committee tonight.
I hope you actually do. And include the biased judge Aunt Bev. The judge should be sanctioned. She favors the CW which has been blatantly obvious. How can Karen get a fair trial with the judge sustaining 95% of the CW objections!?..

A person with an IQ of 08 & one good eye can see Karen is innocent.. Even if she DID do it, the shady investigation & the actions of all involved. Watching Alan Jackson, Esquire, is like watching a masterpiece. He’s great!

Boston residents and Canton residents should be terrified of the law enforcement and state attorneys they pay with their hard earned tax money. Citizens deserve a new police department staff and a new set of state attorneys.

Yesterday the trooper said karen had 7 drinks, but today he said she had 9. The receipt showed 2 Titos and one beer (John drank the beer)..if she had 7 or 9 drinks she wouldnt be able to walk, let alone stand up..she is too small to be able to handle that many vodkas!..
You misstate. Karen had 7 drinks at the first place and 2 at the second

over. the CW has shown no evidence of him being run over.
To date we’ve had absolutely no evidence that anything but two of those drinks were vodka. The common wealth needs to put ALL receipts into evidence accounting for all drinks, including those consumed by Johns friends with them at the bar that night.

The Prosecutor & Trooper B have lost all credibility after today. Can’t wait to see what Monday brings. The un mirrored video reveals how obvious it is the Proctor was up to no good at the right rear taillight. I can’t wait for their explanation as to why there’s no video from the camera that was behind them in that corner. Shame on all of them.

Look at that tail light before and after police impounded the car. Case closed ! A total fraud ! The judge should not continue forward now.

Of course he knew! Bukaki testified, DA reviewed it with bukaki 2 weeks ago! And asked - as he presented the video evidence -- is the video an accuarte representation and thruthful and witness said yes!!!
I think it’s a perfect case of confirmation bias. They want the video to show no one at the back right taillight clearly…miraculously no one was…they didn’t even think to question the picture orientation.
If that is the way they looked at the whole case…that it about how much you can trust their case. Because they have not critically assessed any of their evidence as long as it seems to superficially support their case. Case in point their witnesses statements not matching digital/impartial evidence.

Most of us following this just want justice to prevail,it's not about sides or who we like,a police officer is dead,he was a son a partner a stand in parent,a brother and friend most of us just want to see justice and accountability for those who deserve it,my own opinion is that its not karen
I agree that truth and justice is what’s needed.
The officers care about their blue line but for this officer. Every single witness have NEVER been heard saying, “OMG, he’s dead, How? Why? When?!” Not one supposed “police officer” had any empathy. He’s just a “body” or “the guy” who never made it inside the house. That’s the most revealing. Cold, callous reaction.
Truth and Justice is whats needed which is why the trial needs to be dropped and the alberts and whoever was in that house investigated throughly.

There's no audio of interviews with Mr Albert his wife his son Mr McCabe the wife Mr Higgins where's all the audios of the prosecution witnesses.

You know what your producer failed to flag? What the tail light looked like before it hit the sally port, before it made it to the trailor. That is what is missing that all are ignoring.
Its in the video of her hitting johns car. The tail light was still there with a small piece missing. This is when she was leaving to go find john and on john o keefes security footage from his home.

Trooper B was a “good witness” and was “not evading answering”?! He came across cocky, too big for his britches (trying to act like an MD) and evaded answering questions like when he responded simply “no” about reporting that they were suspicious it was a domestic dispute because it looked like he had been hit in the face with a cocktail glass (and later after confronted with the report, admitted that yes he said it but just not to the hospital but rather the medical examiner. (Evading answering the REAL question). I hit the thumbs up on this video too soon and before I heard the opinion that he was a good witness.
With all the many pieces of broken tail light lenses, there would have to have been some piece of it on the body, imbedded into his clothing, or skin. They said Karen was doing 24 MPH. When she hit o’keefe.
The problem is that Bukanic believed he was in an altercation with a person at the same time he it present at the medical examiner's office whose opinion that it was an altercation with a person and with a large dog. So, initially this is what they thought. Then they went to the house of the very people who would have been the ones who had the altercation - and then they changed to "hit by a car" after speaking with those people. And then he ssems to lie about his first impression of why he initially thought it was an altercation with a person because it looks too suspicious that an unbiased person tells him something that he initially believes, then he changes his mind after talking to people who had skin in the game.
I'm not sure he was corrupt to the extent that the Canton police and Proctor, but there is fishy stuff going on with Bukanic as well, particularly in his timeline of how his theory of the case changes. He is literally AT the medical examiner office when his theory matches what the medical examiner says. But he's trying to say he only had that theory because he "misunderstood what the people at the scene told him"? No way. He's as afraid of Brian Allen as everyone else is. A man who is known to have not only put multiple people in the hospital and one with missing teeth but ALSO his superiors, for "whatever reason" (wink, wink) covered it up.
The video evidence absolutely shows no body of a. Person behind the suv when backing up so all the is a framing of the driver all cops involved
