@@RichmondVirginiaLife I already have 3 homes, thanks anyway. Hopewell has gone downhill especially with their Treasurers office. You don't know what I know about the crooked city council.

Hopewell is horrible, the crime has skyrocketed, and city council is crooked as hell.
