Regal 42 SC has walk through glass to the foredeck area, which is a very important feature to have in term of safety and convenience. Regal also has real private state room for guesses and bigger head with walking shower for guesses too. IPS 400 drive is much more enjoyable to dock.
Does marine max make any tours where there isn't a guy trying to sell you on literally everything, even if he's wrong? He called the master stateroom the salon and didn't show the engine room.

Not a fan. The seating does not look comfortable. The guest bathroom looks like an outhouse. Need more window openings. And the sunroof looks cheap and would leak. I'm really disappointed with this year.
I own a bayliner... I wish to have a searay but Brunswick owns both. I pay 40K less for same size. I'll take less money... searay is too much, too expensive. Maxum is not a good interior configuration.
Stand next that cheaper Bayliner and hit the hull with Your fist. Listen to the boom as its hollow poor construction rattles. I've had 3 Sea Rays and always see a Bayliner as a sad excuse for an real Big water boat. Find Your self a nice used Sea Ray and You'll never go back !

Zach Rhoads Coming from a Sea Ray fan have to admit, after comparing both models using their own web sites the Regal does have more to offer for less. The interior is better, more horsepower, PODS, More fuel/water capacity, weighs less, walk through glass and power sunroof. The Sea Ray 410 looks better, but 600 - 750 HP vs 400 - 500 HP is a huge difference. The price tag is a huge issue as well. If Regal can come up with better design in 2016, they could convert me. Right now it looks like an angry bird character.
Sea Ray makes the best vessels in my opinion. This is a very nice boat.
