Happy belated Anniversary! And having 1.000 subscribers 🎉 I am sure, there will be much more 😉👍 I love that you started to include footage with your meals from allotment, please continue to do so! 👍 Its very interesting and refreshing, after all we keep kitchen gardens for eating and cooking, right? 😄😃
Thank you so much! We are so lucky to be getting so much support from everyone. I agree, showing what we do with our veg is important. I have often watched gardening videos and wished they would show what they do with the veg. It is the reason for growing fruit and veg, eating it! That is part of the joy of growing them. It is good to know that someone else enjoy seeing it! Thank you. 😄😘💕🌸
Wow and here you are. I asked Danny what had happened to you. Sorry you’ve been ill. Congrats to Fluffy too. Allotment looks great. I think grumpy Grinch is converted int he?
Thank you very much! Grinch will never admits it but I do think he is enjoying the allotment. He often turns up when I am there on my own and starts checking things. He always goes and water on warm days before I do. Wishing you a lovely Sunday! 😄😘💕🌸
Happy Anniversary guys 💕 I do believe that Grinch is now an allotment convert. He is enjoying it more and more. Especially now that the gorgeous veggies that you've all worked so hard for, are coming in. Your produce looks A.M.A.Z.I.N.G well done, my heart is singing for you 🎶
Thank you so much!!! Grinch is definitely loving the harvest! We cannot believe how much veg we are getting! We never expected it! It has been incredible! We are so lucky! The plants just love being there! I still cannot believe how big vegetable plants are, they are huge!!!! Wishing you a great weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Thank you so much! Fluff is loving his new place so far! He is getting himself ready for a few auditions coming up. We have got so many pumpkins growing, I just cannot believe it! They look so beautiful! Wishing you a lovely weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸
@@plotno.9 yes COVID really does a number on the lungs, I also experienced breathlessness, etc for a good few weeks after. I think your surprise plant with velvet leaves is a mullein. Many medicinal uses. If your stuck in the woods….it’s the one used as toilet paper substitute 🤣🤭. Glad you are feeling better, and happy belated Anniversary.
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 you had me laughing! You are absolutely right, it would make a great toilet paper! I wonder if it was introduced on the allotment site for that reason!!! I love the plant, so tall and the flower is such a lovely yellow. I will definitely keep the seeds. I am hoping to get more of them in the future. Have a great weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Congratulations on your anniversary! The plot is looking fabulous. Good luck Fluffy with your adventure. Hope you’re all well now. Love watching your videos. xox 🇨🇦

Thank you so much! We are still testing positive this morning but getting better. We still cannot believe we have reached 1000! I am so glad Fluffy got us to start it as it has been an amazing journey so far! Wishing you a wonderful weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸

Glad to see that you are already thinking about what you are going to do next planting season and not giving up on the plot. You guys did a fabulous job for first timers. If I may I would like to suggest that next year you try planting a couple of spaghetti squash plants if available in your country . Think you may like eating them.
Thank you so much! A friend suggested spaghetti squash to me and I already have bought some seeds! We are really looking forward to grow them next year! Thank you for suggesting it!!! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Hi Nanou......thanks for the mention......CONGRATS on hitting 1K.....hope you are feeling better now....that self seeded flower looks like a verbascum......Im getting lots of raspberries too.....your must be autumn fruiting like mine. Wow.....all your brassicas, including the kalettes look so good!! well done! Will💪💪💪
Thank you so much Will! It is great to know the name of this wonderful flower! The leaves are so soft and it is so tall. Oh, God bless all of you. I had no idea you have been sick. I'm so sorry. Your plot looks amazing, as always. Your veggies, fruits and flowers look just wonderful. My Teddy Bears have come and gone. They were a lot smaller than I expected, but they were stunning. The joy in your voice makes me so happy. I hope your anniversary was wonderful...just like all of you are.
Thank you so much Linda! We did have a lovely anniversary and the courgette was delicious with the cheese, so simple and yet so yummy! I do love those teddy bear sunflowers and I will save some seeds for next year. We are getting better. Hello!! 👋👋 Glad to finally see a video from your family, but its such a shame you got covid! Was it the first time for your family ? Hopefully you are much better now and soon will be enjoying your allotment again! 😘 I have to ask, was the shed build ?))) 🤪😃
Hi! Thank you so much! Grinch and I are getting better but now Fluff has it. He caught it in London, not from us. Covid is everywhere it seems. It is the second time we have had it with Grinch and the third time for Fluff. Each time we have been so ill with it despite being vaccinated. My brother did help Grinch build the shed, I am working on the video at the moment. I am hoping to release the first part tomorrow. Hope you are well and that you are getting a good harvest from your garden. 😄👍😘💕🌸
@@plotno.9 Thank you, I am good and harvesting a lot of zukkini and squashes, more than 20 kg last time! 😃 But All of my 50 tomatoes died, and I didnt pick a single kg of ripe tomatoes from them 😭 But I collected the green ones, and at least some of them are turning red at the moment 🙂
@@plotno.9 wow, then I guess I was lucky, that without vaccination only got it once, despite using crowded subway during the hight of pandemic, and only because my yunger brother got it and brought it inside our app.) But the desease is nasty, I agree 🤢🤒

@@plotno.9 the only reason I grew majority of this vegs, is because I want to freeze them! 😉😄🤪 I cut in big cubes bell peppers, zukkinies, carrots, onions, leeks, eggplant and tomatoes, some garlic, and bake/grill them together in the oven! Congratulations 🍾 on 1k! I do hope you are feeling better quickly. The gladiolus are breathtaking. 😍 I don’t have any in my garden. I will definitely have to add some this coming spring.
Thank you so much! Gladiolus are so beautiful! They are very easy to grow and they are not too expensive. In dry spot, they do survive winter with plenty of mulch, or the corns can be taken up for winter storage. There are so many different colours and shapes to chose from, I hope you find some you like. Have a wonderful weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Thank you so much! We are getting back on our feet slowly. The worst is the loss of smell and taste, hope they will be back soon! Wishing a lovely weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸🌸
So sorry you guys have been unwell hope you are much better soon. Your allotment is such a massive success you can be so proud of yourselves for working so hard. I know how hard it can be specially when you also have jobs. Wow your raspberries look delicious and so does the rest of the allotment. You are reaping the rewards so your hard work was so worth it. Happy anniversary and love Grinches mug take care. xxx
Thank you so much! We are so lucky with the allotment! The plants seem to thrive in it. I still cannot believe how long the raspberries have been giving us fruits and they are still going!!! 🎉 We are hoping that after another weekend of complete rest, we will feel better and will finally stop testing positive for Covid. This one has taken a lot out of our immune systems, we are keeping well away from others as we don’t want to pass it on. Wishing you a lovely weekend 😘💕🌸

I just hope I will recover my sense of smell and taste soon. I love my food so much and all the joy of it has been stripped away, I am so sad I cannot taste all my lovely veg… still, we are better. Hope you have a wonderful weekend in the sunshine! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Thank you so much! We have recovered now but Fluffy has just caught covid again and has been in bed for the last 4 days! It feels weird not to be there to look after him now he has left home. Wishing you a lovely Sunday! 😘💕🌸
Thank you so much! I understand, I am doing the same as you. I am late watching all my favourite videos on RUclips. We are still testing positive for Covid today so I am in bed catching up right now! Wishing you a lovely weekend. 😄👍😘🌸💕
You all are so awesome, you bring me such joy. When I watch you my heart is always smiling. And Danny is such a gem! I’m now following you on instagram so I’m not left wondering “where are they?” Peace and Joy-😊
Thank you so much! Danny is wonderful, he has such a heart of gold. I am so sorry we have been so inconsistent lately. Now we are on our own and slowly recovering from Covid, I will set myself a routine and keep to more regular updates. Thank you for always being so kind and supportive to us! ❤️ Hope you have a lovely weekend! 😘😄👍😘🌸💕
Thank you so much! We still cannot believe it! We are very lucky, everyone have been so supportive. We are so grateful. I still cannot believe how big brassicas are!!! I really didn’t know what I was doing when I planted them!!! 🤭 Wishing you a lovely weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Thank you so much. We are slowly getting better. We are so lucky with the allotment. It has done us proud for our first year! Our journey with the garden has been fantastic! 🎉😄👍😘💕🌸
Thank you so much, we are slowly getting back on our feet. That new strain has been tough to recover from… hoping to get back to normal by next week. Wishing you a lovely weekend 😘💕🌸
Hello, I've been watching your channel since the start of the year. Great progress your making. I have an ideal for you. Is it possible for you to create one large chicken wire fence to protect your fruit and berry plants?
Hi! Thank you so much! It is a great idea, I would love a fence but we are not allowed one on the plots. I am thinking of doing one around the fruit area though as it is constantly being eaten by deers and rabbits. I now can see all the droppings on the membrane I have put down!!! If I make it non permanent, the council shouldn’t complain about it. I will order more chicken wire and metal rods. Wishing you a great week! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Thank you so much! I never thought I would use Instagram one day! Fluffy opened the account and told me to post pictures on it everyday! At first, I didn’t think much of it but people again have been so lovely, I got into the habit of doing it every day. I enjoy looking at other people’s photos too. I still haven’t worked out everything on it but that’s ok. I understand why it wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea! I do prefer RUclips. Wishing you a lovely weekend! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Hi love your videos have binged them twice while i have been waiting for my own allotment which i got yesterday woohoo. I love what you have done what an amazing journey and inspiring. This is the way to go for me mie has 6 ft weeds all over it as its a new plot but going to get it all knocked back and covered in that magical membrane. New subscriber here.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment and a warm welcome to our channel! Congratulations on getting your first allotment!!!🎉🎉🎉😄👍 You are going to love it! It is very addictive! The weeding is hard work but it is so satisfying as you see your progress! Wishing you many happy hours on your new allotment! Membrane is definitely a must to keep the weeds under control! Enjoy !!! 😘💕🌸🎉🎉🎉
Well done on getting 1000 subs, very well deserved. I've loved watching your allotment develope. Happy belated anniversary to you and Grinch, I love the gardening mug. Sorry you have all had Covid and hope you are recovering now, my Son and Daughter in law had it at the end of July, they live in London and love living there, I hope Fluffy is happy with his move.
Thank you so much, I hope your son and daughter in law have recovered now. These new strains going around are not nice. I do think living in London make sense for youngsters starting a career. It is also so vibrant. Fluffy is in a lovely part of London, very close to his Conservatoire, he loves it there. He is sharing with a wonderful person. We can drive to him in an hour and a half so we can be there for him whenever he wants. It is strange not to have him at home, I don’t like it, but my family coming stopped me missing him. It might hit me harder in the next few days. Right now, my head is in a daze thanks to Covid! Wishing you a lovely weekend! 😄😘💕🌸

@@dontneedit I am so sorry for your tomatoes! I am glad you are getting so much of the rest. Are you able to freeze some of it? I am peeling, lightly steam and freeze all our extra veg so I don’t waste any. 😄👍
Then place them in portions in plastic bags, add fresh parsley and dill, and freeze! Its amazingly tasty side dish, or a versatile add on to pastas, mash potatoes, soups, etc. 😁😇
Congratulations on all the milestones ! Your allotment is looking fabulous and all the harvests to come look amazing 😊
Thank you so much! We are so lucky on how well everything is growing on the allotment! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Your allotment looks amazing - well done on all your hard work.
Thank you so much! We are so lucky that the plants are all doing so well on the allotment! It has been amazing for our first year! 😄😘💕🌸
Happy anniversary 🎉
Thank you so much! Have a lovely weekend! 😘💕🌸
Congrats for reaching the 1000. Well done, very much deserved 👏 ❤❤
Hope you both get well very soon.
Congratulations guys! You deserve it and many many more! Get well soon ❤❤❤❤ Danny 🌱
Thank you so much Danny, we would never have got there without you! We are so lucky to call you a friend. We are still testing positive for Covid but getting better. I just hope I will recover my sense of smell and taste soon. I love my food so much and all the joy of it has been stripped away, I am so sad I cannot taste all my lovely veg… still, we are better. Hope you have a wonderful weekend in the sunshine! 😄👍😘💕🌸
Smiling for you! Get well soon.
Thank you so much! We have recovered now but Fluffy has just caught covid again and has been in bed for the last 4 days! It feels weird not to be there to look after him now he has left home. Wishing you a lovely Sunday! 😘💕🌸

Thank you so much. We are slowly getting better. We are so lucky with the allotment. It has done us proud for our first year! Our journey with the garden has been fantastic! 🎉😄👍😘💕🌸
Oh bless you. Get better soon. Been missing you
Thank you so much, we are slowly getting back on our feet.
Hope you all feel better. I not on Instagram so thanks for the update. Garden looks Fantastic as usual. Happy anniversary and 1k subscribers 💖

Enjoy !!! 😘💕🌸🎉🎉🎉
Happy anniversary 💚
Thank you so much! 💕💕💕
@@plotno.9 My Son has lived in London for 30yrs now, he lives in the Stoke Newington area. He came to visit us two weeks ago, we don't have a car anymore (hubby has dementia and doesn't drive now) so it's difficult for us to visit him, train fares are so expensive. Even though he's been away for so long now the house feels so quiet when he goes back to his home. I think we always miss our children, he is in his mid 50's but still my first born child my baby even though he would laugh at me for saying that 😃
@@lizhodge3537 I have told Fluff many times that he will always be my baby!!! And I am proud to be my mum’s baby! After I lost my dad, I am making sure to enjoy every seconds of being someone’s baby. I do understand, I think I will miss Fluff everyday he is not with me. The last 22 years just went so fast… they do grow so fast. 😘💕💕❤️
@@plotno.9 I am sure you can rest easy about Fluffy, you have brought him up correctly and taught him right from wrong and now he will go out into the world and be a wonderful man, but I know what you mean, you never stop worrying about them. As for cherishing the time you have with your Mother, that is so true, we lost our youngest Daughter 5yrs ago next month, and last year our eldest Daughter had the same cancer and went through almost a year of treatment, thankfully she is fine now. The one thing we learnt was how precious time is.
My heart feels for you, you have gone through so much. I am so glad you stayed strong surrounded by the love of your children. Sending you lots of love 😘💕💕🌸🌸
