    12c4 x 2^8 gives me an incredibly high number. If there's something I'm missing could you please let me know! Thanks.

      It is a high number, but shouldn't be "incredible." 12C4 = 495. 2^8 = 256. If you multiply those, you should get 126720. Correct?
