New to the game, didn't know about this boss when i entered the passage. After 5 minutes of roaming around without finding any mob, IT started shaking my screen. Didn't know what the fuck was going on. Its' sudden presence made me sht myself. Thanks developers.
I’m *not* new to the game and it still put me on edge, lol. I was getting some Pandorium tense as fuck cause I knew nothing about the biome and was almost one-shot by the Giant Amoebas. All of a sudden my screen started shaking and I was like “Nah, fuck that.” and used a recall totem.
Its like a 3d wall of flesh that speeds up and has small windows where you actually get to harm the boss. The fact that it can just be found roaming before you kill it for the first time is insane
The strategy is pretty much the same as the Wall of Flesh in terraria. As long as you take the time to prepare the arena, removing obstructions and creating a path over liquid, it becomes an easy fight
My first experience with this boss was a literal anime moment. I was down to a sliver of health from exploring earlier & decided to use a recall idol. This thing shows up AS I'M USING IT. I literally escaped AN INSTANT before it would have flattened me like that one Indiana Jones Boulder. I wish I had recorded it!
Jupp its "Urschleim". From "ur" meaning old or primodial. Urgroßvater = Grandgranddad Urknall = Bigbang (Knall is bang) Urzeit = prehistoric time (zeit is time) Schleim is just mucus or slime. so its the priomdial ooz, which is thought to have birthed all live^^
5:29 just for those curious, use the Miner's gear found in the lava dungeons, upgrade it fully, and then use stormbringer, then you can blast your way through the passage blocks! Hope this helps :)
OMG when I came across this lol. Gorm Anxiety all over again but worse! Good to see u back on Core Keeper! I was gutted when I died and went back and see he had not erased all the walls in his path lol Also, don't forget, switch to your mining set and u can break the walls. This sometimes gets me killed when lots of enemies sneak up on me lol and I forget to switch back fast haha
I used ninja body, atlantean worm head piece, and the equipment from the passage for my pants. Then use food that increases movement speed, glass cannon build for my necklace and ring, and go pew pew with stormbringer. It's quite easy. Get movement speed as high as possible, should help a lot in this fight.
That's not exactly accurate. More like Stormbringer behaves like a ranged weapon and will refuse to Crit unless you proc the Ranged skill that guarantees crits for a few seconds.
@@Re_V And that a bug. Strombringer should give their primary target lightnight as malee damage. The chain lighting is the one that considered range. But for this boss somehow Strombringer considered that we using chain lighting hitting the eye instate of primary lighting.
You could also use the scarab rocket upgraded to blow a hole through most structures that require high mining, just be careful incase enemies pop it front of you and you K.O yourself
Just ran into this thing last week, made me shit my pants, lol As if the worms and the amoebas weren't enough, this thing shows up and completely devours me! I keep at least one recall stone in case it shows up while I'm exploring.. Always pack my Stormbringer for those worms
Dont know if it actually works that way, but when I was exploring the area first, I got surprised by it pulling up behind me without space on the sides to evade. Though only the most outward part hit me - I did not die Instantly because the damage got dodged (I had 90% Dodgechance at that time) Would have to test it again to confirm if it really is dodgeable. Not that it matters that much because ur behind it then ....
I have a question, is there a limit to the numbers of different buffs from food? I don't think but I wonder because now you only have up to 2 rows showing on the hud, do you happen to know this by any chance please?
I walked really a lot but can't find this new biome to fight this boss, can this be because I'm playing on an early access world created over a year ago? I defeated every other boss and got every achievement except the one that's defeating urschleim, can someone help?
im sooo happy to open youtube and immediately be spoiled about one of the new bosses in core keeper, definitely didnt want to find out what it looks like myself or anything😭
@@SerrohAscended could remove the final bosses name from the title and maybe blurring it out in the thumbnail, videos like these are great but getting spoiled for content you wanted to discover yourself is also pretty disappointing

u can actually destroy the portal-vendor thingy from the passage and put it at your base ^^
Yep, you just need bombs or 2200 mining damage

I just recently learned that you can use the portal in front of the core to teleport on the teleportation gate that you put throughout your map.
you can destroy the walls, just need to get mining up to 2k, either through the cosmo set or the miner set, cosmo gives bigger bonus.
FYI THIS BOSS IS BUGGED WITH STORMBRINGER RN!! Stormbringer does a fraction of the damage it should to the eyes, it makes the fight ten times harder

yeah, just find out that the strombringeer does not do any damage sometimes and the boss dont have HP bar
you can break the walls use the mining set and also make shure one of you rings is the topaz ring for big mining damage boost

Burnzooka works also pretty well
just wear the Cosmos gear with two black rings and black necklace, you dont even need mining food

Put on your miners set and carry the shopkeep back to home base.
No need to run all the way to the passage every time.
The bomb scarab mortar 1 shots fossil walls if upgraded.
you can break the walls with the bomb scarab mortar if you upgrade it. super nice

Hand cannon fully upgraded will double shot these. It's really overpowered, I found it early.
Obliteration ray and bomb scarab mortar are much better for destroying the walls
