Idk if its underrated but that moment when stargazer teasing him for being old and he said "yall have to catch this bones." It was so funny and uki looks like he is very proud of it www
Oh also in that dbd stream when uki keep trying to save his friends but he got sacrificed instead! It was so sweet yet angsty 🥺 idk if I have seen any clips of it yet
Thank you Uki for the reminder that I never want to work retail again. I've had people crawl from underneath that exact goddamn metal gate, when I've had most of the lights turned off, to ask me if they can still buy some flowers... why...
For me the nightmare is that I work as a server at a restaurant and when this happens? Bruh you can’t just come in to a restaurant and like do a quick drink or eat, I know for a fact it’s at least 30 min if anyone walks in. We closed, go away.
Man, remind me alot of my mother... Literally told my mom "oh the minimarket is closing" (halfway closing metal window thingy) But insisted on going in
Can confirm, it happens more often than it should. I once had a customer look at me as I was closing the door and because they were double doors I only had locked one side and they just walked right in through the opened side even as I was telling them we were closed. Really don’t understand the logic of these people. I usually just ignore the people rattling the doors after we close but when I do that they usually start knocking on the doors???? And then ask if we’re closed when I finally get annoyed enough to look at them. Like DUDE the doors are locked, the signs say closed wtf did you think?????
deadass happened to me a few days ago lmao, they even tried to get takeaway instead but nah bro the KITCHEN is closed. the kitchen staff legit cheered when we cleared the last table, don't sit there all night ya'll the workers gotta go home too
Ah yea when you are nice enough to actually let a person in after closing hours then next thing you know there are two more people coming in. OOOHHHHHHH BABY LOOK LIKE I DONT NEED A LIFE ATFER WORK.
I loved this stream so much, bless Uki. I worked full-time in my family's restaurant when I was younger, and even as a little kid (I worked there from 11-14) people were absolute dicks and acted as if I could control when we were open and what food we had. It was even scarier BECAUSE I was young, they just didn't care and took that as a reason to treat me horrible. And since it was just a small family restaurant, I did literally everything, cooking, cleaning, serving, taking orders, everything. It was stressful and scary, and none of the customers seemed to understand that.
God, people looking in the kitchen window before we open and the FOH ain't even there yet. Like ma'am.... What the fuck. READ THE OPEN HOURS ON THE DOOR. Just because someone's in the kitchen already doesn't mean I can help you.
I was actually a volunteer in a salon before there was always one guy that likes to stare at the women there and he wouldn't enter in the salon you would just sit at the bench the feast the salon not on his phone no nothing just staring at the people who work there especially the people who restock everything and looking back at it he mainly looked at the younger girls there and I was a preteen I always wore a nice fitting dress working there that was casual but look nice and then go like the guy did stare at me a few times he was very creepy
yoooo i work at a restaurant and we only have 5 servers and while serving this lady she told me her nephew needed a job, jokingly i told her to tell him to apply at he restaurant.... this woman told me, that her nephew, was "too good" to work as a server. working in Hospitality/ food service is draining. 🤧🤧🤧
This reminds me of the time when one of my mom's posh friends said "but, like, imagine having a waiter boyfriend tho". In front of the waiter. It was a very awkward moment...
@@Mari-Schimmer I've met a customer that want one of our high quality item in discounted price, but when I show her item with the same design but low quality and affordable she yelled at me and show her stack of cash, said that I insulted her by implying that she can't afford the pricey one. Annoyed, I said to her that if she had that so much money why she wanted discount? But arguing with entitled, unreasonable people is tiring 🙃
I know the pain. I’ve volunteered at several non for profit op shops in my time and I’ve had customers who show up during the last minute even when the door is shut, and then they remain in the store browsing and then leave five minutes after the store’s actual closing time. And that one customer who tries to open the locked door even though it says ‘closed’ on the sign really does exist. It’s like they don’t care that they’re making the staff remain in their workplace longer than they have to.
When I worked at Sears Outlet, anytime I closed the first thing we did was lock the doors to make sure no one else got in. We even had an old couple knock on the locked door trying to get in. That shit is so annoying and disrespectful
As someone who has had a job as a LITERAL CHEF ASSISTANT, I FELT IT SO MUCH, also as a hostess and a waiter, and now i work in a hair/nail salon, I FELT EVERYTHING UKI SAID WITH MY WHOLE SOUL

This story is 4 years old, but I sometimes help out at my parents’ shop, and we were closed once so I can do my physics tutoring. A guy barged in with the closed sign visible, and basically demanded sex and substances from me as I was scowling and telling him to get out. This guy was a whole foot taller than me, and he didn’t leave until my tutor told him to get out. And he insinuated that my tutor and I must be having an affair of sorts for me to refuse him. Made me paranoid for weeks, but at the same time, if my tutor and I didn’t stop him, he might’ve hurt my mom.
@@immortalinwell5935 Like I said, better me than my mom. I found out from my dad about a month or two after that the guy came around a second time, and my dad threatened him in broad daylight to break his hand if he tries anything on me. I’ve never seen him since.

ok but fr tho its so annoying especially when theyre like "i know we came very late but" ok thats not my fault u came "very late" even tho we close at 12AM ,the leftovers in the trash is always edible, reheat that shit and eat it or wait till 8am u have 2 options
I've worked at a retail store with one of those automatic doors and people have literally tried to pry them open. Like hello, our tills are closed bro we can't even check you out if we wanted to leave 😭😭😭
Honestly, this spoke to me since I did not think customers were like this-they would try to get you to the door or drive thru window for service when, no one is answering the speaker box, the window is completely shut and locked, and there is literally NO FOOD or MERCHANDISE inside that suggests we’re still open. Yet they still don’t get the hint. I absolutely hate it.
The same thing happened to me once. It was during the holidays and we were closing up the store (we mostly sell hams and it gets SUPER busy during Thanksgiving and Christmas). BUT THEN some people came in right before we were about to lock up. So we had to get them their ham (it took them a while to pick one 😒) and then we had to clean up in the back. So instead of getting off at 9, I got off at 9:30. Yeah, I'm never working in the service industry again after that.
I'm lucky enough to not need a part-time job so far, but would like to do it anyways for the experience. However, stories like these make me shy awa from retail all-over again 😅
RN I'm working at some kind convince store(?) And when ever we getting on the close time they just came like a pack of picnic peoples, and the worst part sometimes the boss just extending the closing time around 30 or 40mins.... Like maaannnn... I didn't paid enough for this
This shit happens to me like once a week, except I work at a place where we rent cars so I also get to deal with people playing need for speed in the parking lot to get in at the last minute or chase down employees walking to their cars after we've closed the office. People literally see a uniform and floor it to drive in front of us and stick their heads out the window asking for help, even though we've been closed for 15-20 minutes. People will even call the office and ask us to stay open for fifteen more minutes so they can make it in late. The worst I've had to deal with was a dude who showed up 30 minutes after we had closed saying he 'got lost' but still wanted to rent. I didn't have the energy to explain to him that that was completely unreasonable, much less that this kind of bullshit was why I was still in the office half an hour after my shift ended in the first place. Fortunately my boss is cool and I have the authority to just say no to people, but I pity people who work for one of those 'the customer is always right' fuckers.
I used to work for a video rental place (Yes I'm old) and I'd have people come up. Try the door, then knock and yell: "Hey! Your door's locked!" Just.. yeah because we're closed moron! My favorite though is when I worked at a restaurant, and my co-worker forgot to lock the front door. (He told me this later, I was off that day). He was in the office doing paper work and a group of teen girls came in. Now since it was closed, none of the lights were on. No one was anywhere in the store. Nothing was on. These girls sat there looking around confused until he finally noticed them on the camera and went out to confront them and they asked: "Are you still open?" Like... how are you this dumb? I don't understand how you see "oh open door, must mean place is open."
I’ve never worked in the service industry, but I’ve heard of these kinds of people who are just horrible to the people working and just. Why?? Why anyone do that?? It’s so easy to be polite and respectful to people! And for me, holding onto anger for an extended amount of time is exhausting. Don’t they get tired being that mad for no reason??
If you work with food or drinks it's even worse bc if you're closed you probably already started cleaning up all the machines and if someone comes in wanting something and you end up doing it for them you gotta clean all that shit again bc of ONE person who doesn't know what "we're closed" means
If you're just starting you're probably on the younger side and won't be left alone to close anything, so if anyone causes problems just get one of the older people to deal with it ^^
And if any creeps happen to come along make sure you tell a supervisor or owner. I know sometimes this doesnt help however because like my bosses say "They're good paying customers." I try and deal with them as quickly as possible and move on to the next person in line or have one of the guys I work with take them. I'm sure too that if you tell coworkers about any creeps they'll be able to warn you about any others and how to deal with them. Hopefully I helped in some way!
