😂I have live in England all my life, 45 years and never, not once seen or heard of driving and parking on pavements like these guys deal with, most of our pavements are 3 foot wide
you must live in the country, try living with no place to park or move in the first place,, people dont care.. sorry if i seem rude or ypou dont agree but what i see around my area are bad drivers, thx for your input mate@@Sam-qh1sh

@@Sam-qh1sh Where do you live that you've not seen parking on the pavements in Britain? It's absolutely rife. I see it almost every day. Parking on a 1m wide pavement is not better than parking on a 6m one - it's worse. London has special law which makes it actually illegal, but everywhere else 'driving on the footway' is illegal but parking itself isn't, so it's very hard to prosecute in practice and the police won't do anything (except in really extreme cases if you are lucky) because they are under-resourced and this is quite a long way down their list.
Also we have quite extreme 'criminal damage' interpretations, where even chalk spray (which just washes off) is considered 'damage', so I suspect these stickers would be too. And without the threat of stickers many bad parkers would just tell you to get lost.
It would be amazing to see StopXam-like actions in the UK as way too many drivers think it's just fine to park on the footways to reduce the chance of getting their wing mirrors bashed or because they bought more cars than there are spaces to park them in, or sometimes just because they do it out of habit now.
In England people often park their cars half on the road and half on the pavement. We've had a Conservative Party government for the last 13 years years. We have uniformed traffic control and enforcement known as traffic wardens whose numbers have been slashed to a fraction of what they were 13 years ago, so violators are very rarely penalised. Even when they are the fine is very small. There are parts of my city - Liverpool - where people with mobility scooters and pushchairs (strollers) have to walk into the road to get past illegally parked cars.
