I like the videos that our grandfather story comes out with! This video is particularly touching bc it lets the impaired voice out how they really feel in a society that is always in a hurry. Please keep the good work our grandfather story!
Thank you so much for your videos and work. Would love to know the videographer and person on the ground. He or she has a talent for bringing out the smiles in people. It's so wholesome.
This is my favourite channel. Has been from nearly a year. I love this channel. Kind of things people should watch. Its gives me hope to work hard and move onm
I went to the diginity kitchen before due to a school club VIA learning journey and one of the stall vendors taught us how to make one of the foods, we also helped to serve the people that came to eat there.
For those who work around the area can go visit their hawker for food! Ive been there and honestly the food is really nice. I had the siew mai the last time, not too sure if the chef is still cooking it but it was really amazing.
honestly this place is not in an area with heavy foot traffic thus even when i was studying near it, i usually preferred to go to the shopping mall which is slightly closer to me. there's another video by ChannelNewsasia (i think) that covered Dignity Kitchen and highlighted this particular struggle regarding location. Thankfully, the news coverage ended with the supervisor assuring the viewers (?) that they do mostly catering and everyone in Dignity kitchen is earning more than what they used to be. Although this model may seem unfeasible for many pragmatic Singaporeans, it is people like him and the hawkers who choose to make a living in such a way despite their disabilities that make it not only possible, but also rather successful!
Really? Either you watched a different video from me, or you lack comprehension - the main person being interviewed is missing one eye, and the guy that spoke to her is deaf. Also, all you had to do was google on Dignity Kitchen, and you will know that it is a social enterprise project that was set up specifically to train people with disabilities. Don't blame the uploader for your own learning disability.
They are more similar than different. The next time someone bumps into you accidentally, don't scold them too harshly. For all you know, they might be visually impaired.

Will you get a disability too
Theres a sNeK in mE sOuP
Clickbait. I watched this whole video & didn't see anyone with disabilities.
