hello maybe one day but will need to see a little bit more interest first :) I will need to put some time into this to make it happen and to find away to make it somewhat good haha.

It's finally here. Thank you! I am curious to know about your octatrack setup as I am trying to create a live set myself. How would you describe the way you set up the OT?

so i use audio track 1-4 for clap, closed hh, open hh and ride. Then i use 5-6 for Kick and bass, 7 as extra percussion track and 8 as master. i add some external control over some elements with the faderfox. but KB is mainly pre programmed don't wanna touch it much cause i don't wanna ruin it during jam.
Then i make 4 tracks with different kick bass and drums then i make 16 patterns with these 4 tracks i tried to make the patterns as different as possible. and don't make them to fixed to a certain way of how the music should go. like a bit basic and open for changes when needed/wanted. so not to complicated patterns. i maybe already make a prepared sequence for one of my synth voices to keep everything going.
but now with hermod i can actually start a premade pattern without synthlines, then improvise some synth lines on the midi tracks. jam with the pattern then when i wanna change patterns on the octatrack i can record the midi sequence into hermod so that it keeps playing. then when i change patterns on the octatrack the synthline from the previous pattern can keep playing.
thats mostly it i guess :)
