I AM ENCOURAGED AND INSPIRED BY your beautiful shop, your lovely cottage, and even the Basement. How fun is that?? I am slowly ordering and adding products for some major revamping of a newly purchased home in a 55 + community in AZ.
THESE homes mostly look cookie cutter cute - but thanks to my own artsy adventures in decorating, and the MANY WONDERFUL things that You have taught me (since finding you a few months ago) ... My cookie cutter will be unique! Your cottage location, OH MY! THE "Brick and Mortar Shop", oh WOW... you have brought lots of the joy of DOING IT ALL AGAIN, after moving 3 times in 3 years. Whew 😓 Online, I go by AZ G'MA --- when I purchase, I am Josanne. I am now wishing for Propane Tanks, just for the fun of painting them! You amaze me with your fearless abandon, as you jump in to your next creation. Loving the channel, the shop, and watching for just WHAT Lynn and JR will be up to next! Fun 😄

One of my favorite episodes. I love any content you do around the cottage because we recently bought our own 103 year old cottage on a lake. It is a disaster, but I am encouraged by you and JR. Love the video and the idea of decorating the huge propane tanks. Love love the idea. You did however, make me a little homesick with the shots of the rain. Strange as it is I love a good storm on the lake. It's one of the things I miss the most about not being up there anymore. Weird I know 😅.

In PA they are sooo strict about paint colors you can paint your tanks, pretty but do not trust transfers outside, I have too many fails there!! (Even with good top coat)

You are pretty amazing! Seems like everything you touch turns out beautifully. Its nice that you would share the occasional fail. JR is a real treasure. I often wish that my (wonderful!) husband was talented with tools and could whip up all sorts of magic like JR does. I'm wondering about the transfers on the tanks fading? I've thought about putting some art on my mailbox 📮......Anyway, thanks for this delightful view into your home and life. 😊
Thank you so much for such kind words. Good question about the transfers fading. Part of my audio cut out, where I explained that the only reason I would use the transfers outdoors is because this is a shaded protected area. Otherwise, yes, the transfers will fade.

I love how the propane tanks turned out. Are the tanks in a shaded area? I made the mistake of putting the Red Poppies transfers on a garden bench, and the red turned yellow from the sun.
Thank you so much for your kind response. Part of my audio cut out, where I explained that the tanks are in a very shaded area, so I was hoping for the best. I also added several coats of our marine grade varnish. Fingers crossed, my experiment will work.
