This is literally for clout! They would need more help getting up and need to be more careful. Plus Marcus touched his nose after and it would hurt really bad if it is was real. If you look in the ceiling, it is just a setup. Plus the walls,rooms,and hallways look fake!

It is fake, they wouldn’t be awake like that after nose surgery or surgery period, They’d be groggy from the anesthesia and most likely be wheeled out in wheel chairs due to that. Plus bruising don’t occur that quick with a surgery like that. Its only for entertainment.
