@@snake7775 Thanks for the reply, yes I have an motion desk and lift chair, that's why I'm more anxious, it feels uncomfortable both high and low, I've forgotten what it used to be like

Try to adjust the height with the motion desk. If you don't have a motion desk, you have no choice but to adapt
