How exciting. Already booked on the first Transatlantic cruise on Sun Princess so will definitely be booking Star Princess as soon as the cruises go on sail. Hope I won’t be waiting long.

Oh my gosh it’s the second of the next generation of the Star Princess arriving in summer 2025. It also includes 29 bars/restaurants, 1.500 balconies, luxury signature collection suites and it’s gonna be the third ship with the name Star Princess.

I am sure this will be a awesome ship, I hope the bathrooms is larger than the one I was on
I’m currently in Lahaina Maui (5/13/23) on 16 day Hawaiian cruise out of Los Angeles. The Emerald Princess was scheduled to leave Maui at 5:00 pm, but several tenders have mechanical problems leaving several thousand passengers stranded awaiting transport back to the ship. My next cruise won’t be on Princess.

I missed the Discovery inaugural - but I’ve been on the ship for 3 sailing! - our favorite at this time - And yes, the Star Princess inaugural is one voyage I’m looking forward to hop on board and experience!
I guessed this when the sun princess was announced as they removed the old star princess
In voiceover, "where each experience shines brighter than the next," means that the experiences are getting less bright. If you said "where each experience shines brighter than the last," that would mean experiences are getting better, not worse.

O what a beautiful ship.
Wow! This looks great, but isn't it too big and too crowded? Where is and what will become of the original Star Princess which I cruised on in 2004 on a voyage in Europe? I would suggest the Princess Management consider building slightly bigger size cabins as the standard in the new ships. We don't really need suites, but bigger size will the voyage more comfortable.
Bigger and Bigger...more and more crowded... Princess lost their way by getting rid of all of their smaller ships. 5K people is just too many. Ive been sailing with them for over 20 years and its getting more apparent that they are filling 3 and 4 per room (which doesnt count towards capacity totals) and its just insane crowds on their ships now. Its the carnivalization of princess... Used to be great.
I was on sky princess this year, full, but always find places to yourself. Never felt busy. Hopefully they do the same on the new ships
@@glent7853 just got off discovery...over 600 kids..4300 on board. Insane... Serenity sold out in an hour for entire cruise... Adult areas over run with kids. Just not the princess of old. Sad.
@@jagajak Were they allowing kids in the retreat pool or even sanctuary area? Not so on Enchanted
It counts to the capacity total. The max allowed is the max allowed.
@@melissacapozziello8579 no. That's lower berth only. I've asked. And seen on the web. I'll try to post what I find for you. That's why they sail at 120 percent capacity.

My friends have free cruises every other week and I don’t even a update after nine times with Princess 😢😢😢😢so sad
Could you please bring some of your new ships to Australia, and stop giving us your old ones, and charging more for them, then reducing the food quality, on Australian sailings. We actually notice... Please bring back the cruises to Western Australia.

Too big bring back smaller ships. We're elite lots of cut backs on privileges and too many monstrous ships. Wont be sailing with princess until there's a change in sizes 😢😢
