@@iceomistar4302 you're right I have plenty of favorite of Goldsmith's that I can't even pick a top 10 favorites. But if I can pick my all time favorite I would probably say the Prologue: The Artist Who Did Not Want To Paint. Especially the one he recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra (ruclips.net/video/A3G6n5ymTCU/видео.html) The score is unique among his works and one I think should be played in concerts more often.
I prefer the concert arrangement John Scott did that was used in Goldmsith's Film Theme Suite. Since the original arrangement was also a concertised version of the theme as used in the film, I prefer the larger sound of the medley suite version.
John Scott the composer? He arranged the Motion Pictured Medley (excluding Basic Instinct)? Still I much prefer this version since it's much more faithful to the original. Scott's arrangement was more carnival-sounding and did not represent the film accurately for me. Though conversely I much prefer the Medley version of A Patch of Blue than the one heard in this concert.
این آهنگ به انسان شوق رهایی و آزاده گی میده ....واقعا زیباست...من همیشه وقتی میشنوم گریه ام میگیره...(بانوی ایرانی)

Jerry Goldsmith could not have been more descriptive when he wrote his score for the film Papillon. It is a musical masterpiece.

I miss Goldsmith.
Es la mejor pelicula que he visto
Lindíssima flor de letras . Ao deslizar à melodia. Pegando cheiro aromas... E tudo que me ensinou o que é ser....
Another rare video and another gorgeous melody by the late great Jerry Goldsmith. Thank you so much for this upload, my dear PRMancini007.
Esta canção é uma obra prima sublime, produto do gênio e do talento do grande Jerry Golsdmith. Peça belíssima e eterna.
Superb theme
You can tell he was trained in Hollywood, his conducting style is more suited to the studio than the concert hall.
You can tell he's a MASTER!!, period
Super 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
Fantastic,THANK PRMancini007
I love this song is my life story exactly the same
Preciosa melodia para un film sublime.

Es tan nostálgica!
Música bella...!
Supposedly Ennio Morricone's favorite film score.
I wouldn't be surprised, Ennio Morricone and all the great Hollywood composers heaped so much praise of Goldsmith
