Do they plan to offer an integrated pan / tilt head? The pan rail provides an interesting look, but can't deliver the same performance as a controllable pan head. The physical controls and buttons are a big plus. Trying to avoid all kit that requires a phone app to function.
if you PAUSE (not stop! ) the motor when using ti vertically, does the camera slides slowly down, or stay locked in place (for example in the middle of the slider)?

Nah; just the slider alone. I have this slider as well; the S60. It’s amazing
