Tarikh is a daily program in which we present you with incidents and stories of noteworthy persons of Indian History in Hindi. In this edition of Tarikh Nikhil talks about the arrest of India's most wanted terrorist Yasin Bhatkal. He is said to be the mastermind behind the Indian Mujahideen. He is responsible for more than 10 terror attacks in India. Yasin Bhatkal was arrested from Pokhara district of Nepal in August 2013. It was a joint operation of the Intelligence Bureau and the Bihar Police.

यह जानकर बहुत अच्छा लगा की देश की सरकारी सेवाओं में इतने देशभक्त और कर्तव्यपरायण अधिकारी भी हैं। पूरे SOG को दिल से सलाम। पूरे देश के हर सरकारी अधिकारी को इस घटना से प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए। इस ऑपरेशन में शामिल प्रत्येक व्यक्ति ने यह साबित किया की देश है तो हम हैं।

देश के सरकारी सेवाओं में आईबी अफसरों को सलाम पर उस समय के कांग्रे सरकार में बैठे जितने भी गद्दार थे पी चिदंबरम खुद गद्दार गृह मंत्री था भारतीय एजेंसियों के कामों में रोड़े अटका ने का काम खुद गृहमंत्री ने कियाचिदंबरम जैसे गद्दार गृहमंत्री को फांसी दे दिया जाना चाहिए
ऐसे अफसर योद्धा के सामने पूरा देश नतमस्तक होता है में उस अफसर को नमन करता हूं

The Role of Indian Embassy in Nepal, Delhi based I.B officers and Nepal police was entirely against this operation, this operation was conducted silently by those few I.B officers without giving any input to anyone that's the only reason this become the most successful foreign operation grabbing the most wanted indian terrorist of that decade. As I was stuck in traffic that evening, at the same spot for quite a time, as on Saturdays Koregaon Park road is totally packed with traffic. As I was in office, I got call from a colleague after around 20 minutes and came to know of the event.
