Technically this version is the remix version the performance mix is closer to the actual original 7” mix this version is more instrumental than the performance mix

Oh man, RIP Pete Burns.You know strangely enough, on Sunday night, the 23rd of Oct which is probably the same day that Pete Burns passed away, I suddenly started listening to this particular mix of You Spin Me Around, and I just wouldn't stop listening to it. It's like suddenly I unknowingly sensed that something was wrong with Pete and I just suddenly started listening to it.

Pete said he really didn't want this to go to number 1. He wanted it to get to about 6 because he wanted their career to build from there. He was actually pissed when it his number 1 and felt his career was downhill from there. I feel DOA had many songs that were much better than Spin ME. but they never got the recognition because Pete just didn't want to play the game. He never really wanted to be famous....he just wanted to make good dance music. Well mission accomplished for me. Thanks Burnsy!!!

He wasn't hotter than most chicks as you said but I really didn't mind his appearance at all. He was just Pete, I was taking him as he was but I wish he stopped his adventure with plastic surgeries at the point which he was in 2006 I think he looked pretty good then. Anyway RIP Pete you'll be missed for sure.
