I'm so over people whining about Black peoples' accomplishments, especially in genres that usually shut us out, like country music. Of course there's been successful Black country artists before, but lots of people didn't give them a chance before "Cowboy Carter." They opened the door, but Beyonce kicked it down and music in general and country music in particular is already better because of it.
If systemic racism didn't still exist, there wouldn't still be any "first Black this or that " in the first place. To quote the old saying, "To those used to privilege, equality feels like oppression."
