Fun fact, there have been at least a couple dozen movies filmed at Cannon Beach, the most notable are The Goonies (1985), Point Break (1991) and Twilight (2008).

this is so nice, here the beaches are so crowded, & no one wears a mask...it's nice seeing these places I dream of, I hope someday I'll get to visit

I think they mean aren't crowded because as an Oregonian it is definitely not as crowded as the beaches in California.

I walked passed two women on lounge chairs just watching birds on Haystack rock. I thought it was silly. the next day I bought binoculars and a chair and did it for 6 hours.
