Charlie is a great story teller and gives "flowers" freely to players he respects regardless of if they made it to the league. Many NBA players don't acknowledge players that fell short of NBA dreams so I respect CV's opinions.

He was not terrible for the Pistons he did average double figures and Ben Gordon it’s that system the played in he was a natural stretch 4/5 and that was removed the second he got there Ben Gordon should have been a day 1 starter & when they went younger they still played a half court offense & it hindered their game
My first year that I got into the NBA with the Mavs was the first year he was on the team. His energy was something I will never forget. I’m really happy he enjoyed his time those two years because as a Mavs fan you could tell he was having an awesome time on the court too. Love ya Charlie V.

Lane High School really Surprise Rob didn't go to the league one thing about Charlie he had dribble skills as a young kid and once he had a growth spurt to 6'11 he kept those dribble skills I compare him to Lamar Odom and Andray Blatche I always imagine Charlie and his brother rob playing in the NBA together on the same team they would have been better than the Lopez brothers
