- Fatima Martins baking bread in her stone oven. She has a lot of strength and experience. My attempts at helping are quite laughable. The flour used is T55 and the music is Vivaldi and Beethoven from royalty free " Free Music Archive" freemusicarchiv... .
This video has been heavily edited towards the optimum 10 minutes range.
In reality, the work was harder, it took much, much more kneading to get the dough ready.
The bread was warm and fresh and delicious.
Enjoy.
Edit January 2021:
Music can never be to everybody's taste. Bread has a better chance :)
Have a wonderful year.

Check it out, there are many good videos on how to use it here on RUclips.
Turn your old laptop into a reasonable machine with Linux, I prefer OpenSuse Leap 15.

Here it is Google translated: 1kg Flour type 55, 1 tablespoon half salt, Yeast 1 teaspoon full - Just enough water for the dough to be homogeneous. Then let the dough rest until it rises a little and it becomes fluffy and molds the bread and rests a little longer and goes to the oven.
Wish I could be there with her watching her make that beautiful bread 🥰
It was a lot of fun. The bread was delicious.
Thank you for sharing... I wish I could smell that bread cooking....looks sooo amazing....
It's so good!
Que musica tira a vontade de ver o video
That was awesome!
She has my moms Portuguese accent… my mom was born in Aveiro in a small town called Albergeria A Velha. She makes bread similar.
Sorry, I didn't see your comment until today. What's better than to have your mom baking this kind of bread for you? Nice.
Un pao delicioso! Felicidades señora 💕🇺🇸
That was fun to watch!
Glad you enjoyed it. :)
Outstanding
Looks delicious 😋
It was!
Yummy!!
Porque não fala ?A musica é enervante
Great💖💐
Is that wheat 🌾 flour she’s using? Really would like the recipe 😬
Did you find the other video ? I posted the recipe there. Enjoy your baking!
The music is too loud , it would have been better to hear what the lady was saying …
Yes I do agree with that in hindsight. If RUclips ever lets me upload another video, I will try and avoid any and all music. Now and again I am trying to upload other kinds of videos, but they never get past the "processing" stage, no idea why.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍
Where’s recipe

Where is the recipe
You're right, I should have added that. My first video, didn't think it'd be viewed much. I'll see if I can acquire it, will put it in the description, expect it to be there within 2 weeks.
Sorry, haven't been able to get it from her yet.
Looks like the recipe isn't going to be here soon. Sorry. As soon as I get it, I'll put it up.

Is this in Brazil??
No, this is in Portugal.
@@mei2045 Does Portugal has equivalent of the French baguette???
@@oneshot2028 I haven't found it. They do sell baguette like bread at the supermarket, but these do not compare to French baguettes except for form. I'll ask Senhora Martins when I see her again. She'll know.
@@oneshot2028 No, we don’t
Watching this video makes me laughing so much this lady is very bossy, poor husband, the kitchen is to dark you should had your lites on we could see it better and be nice to your husband he is trying to help you, my husband won't be so patient you are lucky 😉
Why would you think you know them? They are very nice people, the bread is good, what is there to complain?
The kitchen isn't too dark, my camera is cheap.
Her arms remind me of my vava alot of similarities
