Really loving Hickman’s take on Peter. It honestly just proves the character is for all ages. Loved spidey when I was a kid and now as an adult I have a better appreciation for where Pete’s at in life
Almost like he's a caring father figure, like an uncle Ben?? And Harry like Peter in the 616 is trying to live up to the most important words his father said to him??? Yeah...this is A+++ writing material and I'm in for the ride
The great things about this comic are us seeing how Harry became the Green Goblin, Harry learning and telling Peter that he got his company from very bad people after defying the Kingpin, and Harry contemplating if he is a hero or something else. Overall, this comic is great!
If you think about it, he now has Peter's original backstory, losing a parent, dealing with the loss and guilt. The entire story is the typical storyline of what makes a hero, and yet has this extreme ruthlessness because 1. He's out for vengeance, more like punisher or black panther 2. He's trying to live up to the last words his father said to him 3. He's not naive about the people he's dealing with.
Oohhh man... this is all well done.. But Otto is the perfect man in the chair... I just hope he is more of a grey hat figure going forward then he has been historical... Having Howard Stark be the Brilliant engineer to invent everything that everyone is reacting off is soo amazing... I loove it.

What Marvel comics may not realize is that this is the most exciting comic. They’re producing right now. Not the trash that is the X-Men both pre-and post Jonathan Hickman saga. It looks like they’re going back to basics to get the best of the ultimate universe, take away from the corny stuff and make things a bit believable.
Otto could have gave a better reason as to why harry can’t fly like iron man. The writers should have thought of it more. Green goblin flying around with repulsers... naaa.
