- The only car in in GYC show history to be painted personally by Mark. And...it's his favorite color.

Must be rewarding for Mark to have his beautiful daughter working along side him everyday. Keeping your children involved in your lives after having raised them is critical to one's happiness in the later part of your life. Doesn't always workout as some choose to move away but if you can make it work its an awesome feeling. Of course all my personal thoughts based on my experiences as a Dad.
Its crazy to me the number of hours invested into a restoration when completed at this level. It certainly explains in part the cost of a project when this type of attention is paid to make it as correct and original as possible. These guys never really amaze anymore as you know how the car will turn out ...... PERFECT. You do have to pay but I can't imagine a customer ever not being 120% satisfied.
My old 69' RoadRunner horn was painted purple from the factory.
Mark n crew are awesome one of the best alive..mr. dodge would be honored
incredible work. thank you for saving these classic rides GYC!!! all the best
2:51 Pretty sure the original insignias back then were were held on by pin clips in holes in the body, not glued with adhesives. Back then glue adhesives were nowhere near as strong as what we have today. Same goes for interiors. Back then interiors, dash, panels etc were held in by screws. Today all done by fancy plastic clips and adhesives. Thats why todays cars have less rattles or squeaks as they age. Also why its more of a pain in the ass to disassemble and reassemble without breaking a clip or even getting access to the clip.
I sold Chryslers, Plymouths, & Dodges in the 70s and I don't remember the horns sounding like that.
You guys do a beautiful job on those classic cars
Hmmm!! A fast bowl in Australia is between 90-100mph in cricket. Very few bowlers can achieve this, very few. A slow ball is 50-60mph and that is what Mark threw. Great show though and it would be interesting to see Mark put together an Australian Mopar Charger.
That car is the s***. Congratulations to you all outstanding.
Awesome Job Guyz.
That Charger R/T is the best 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Mark had said he would uncover the source of the sand. That has been some time and I have watched a bunch of episodes since but have not seen the mystery solved. has it been?
Great vid!!!!!!!!
Ice Ice baby
he threw a million times better than comrade Fauci thats for sure 👍👍
I am glad to see and hear that Mark has figured out that it takes people that know how to do their Craft to get these cars back to their Glory....and he gives them the credit they deserve.....I know it is a TV show and you have to play a role....but I can only take so much of the additude Mark has had and it was not fair to the other people on the show......you would probably have better ratings if you toned down the insults and trash talking and be a little more humble and stop acting like you know everything....no one does....but I actually liked this episode a little more...just my opinion in a world full of negitive things going on a little more positivity is Great.....thanks Mark good job..
Ron fire up the old spellchecker if your going to question someone's "additude" at least get the spelling tuned in. 😆 just bustin your balls for fun, all good. I agree this was an extra cool episode and car, GYC is so fun to watch. The painter is scary good and is obviously very dedicated to his craft. Seems like a cool guy to be around as well, Mark hit a homerun when he found him.
@@goleafsgo8496 what are you the word police? Mind your own business .
Your man installed two lo tone horns. it needs one lo tone and one hi tone to sound correct'
How come no darts
those horns were dirty. no blast cabinet?..paint's gonna peal.
Beautiful except for the hideous and incorrect tires.
Poor painter just wants to paint cars. But he has to deal with his boss's insecurities. Just a shame, tell him he is a legend in his own mind. You know he is a Mopar master just ask him. He will tell you again.
I still say Darren may had something to do with it he is a character at times n being devious he just has the mean streak cause of mark t as king f rye om Darren car over ty he years I'm thinking it was built up anger over the years of abuse ..lol
I agree: I think Darren had something to do with it as well, though Mark might’ve ‘helped’ the situation
such a wimpy horn for a major car!
Doesn’t need a horn if it’s in front of everyone. It’s a Mopar!
I remember when car guys were far less douchy. Take off the backwards hat, shave, get rid of the stupid sunglasses. Act like someone with a brain and present yourself as someone who does not have a criminal record.
No sure who "Mark" is but the guy I worked for 30 years ago was the best painter I ever saw .. Per this video, this "Mark" guy is the second coming of Christ. I guess all the other ace painters out there should kneel to this guy.
Wow..I watched this whole thing to get to the end and no going through the gears actual test drive. Sorry..just lost a viewer.
