used tires...............: free
used/leftover sofa foam/sponge: free
residual fox glue.............: free
angle iron 2 bars..: 200 rb
MB-tech 1.5m synthetic leather: 225 K
sofa nails 1 pack.........: 50 rb
white and black stamp...........: 100 K
2 cm long coupler...........: 30 k
10mm thick foam/sponge.....: 30 k
rubber/tire strips.......: 30 k
the total cost I spent: 675,000 rupiah.
The steps I did in this video:
1). wash used tires so that no dirt sticks to the raw materials. you can use laundry soap so that the remaining oil or oil can be cleaned, because this has an effect when painting.
2). the stage of weaving rubber ropes made from pieces of used tires, we must weave tightly so that later the sofa foam is more durable and lasts a long time.
3). cutting used tires in half to be used as sofa backs, cutting can use tools such as grinders and jigsaws. and add wood/plywood so it doesn't flex when we lean on it.
4). making the legs of the sofa, I used an angle iron with a width of 4cm and a thickness of 3mm, I cut it using a grinder and then I put it together using a welding machine, don't forget to add footprints at the bottom so as not to damage the floor of the house.
5). painting the feet using pilok paint/spray paint to make it more beautiful and rust-resistant.
6). installation of sofa legs using 2 cm long screws
7). Synthetic leather installation on the sofa. using wind staples.
8). manufacture and install sofa backrests, which are made from old tires.

Pakai bahan kulit jok yg paling elastis.. smakin elastis maka smakin mudah mengaturnya. Sebagai acuan saya memakai sarung jok merk MB-tech. Kelas 2. Harga kisaran 180/meter. Dan waktu pasang kulit sandaran bagian bawah jangan lupa sambil di tarik.. 😊
Masalah staples tidak ada trik khusus. Yang penting tekanan kompresor kuat. Dan perhatikan ditepi ban ada gil/kawat baja jadi jangan sampai staples kena kawat baja tersebuk. Kalo kena kawat baja staples pasti bengkok 😁. Semoga bermanfaat.amin 🙏
