To fly the Enterprise you need to get accepted to Starfleet Academy, spend 4 years there, then hope to get selected to serve on a starship as a member of a crew. Even after that, you have to go where Starfleet wants you to go, do what they want you to do! To fly the Falcon all you need are the keys, and you can go wherever you want, to do whatever you want,...true freedom baby! 😗

The Enterprise crew are smart, they'd only board the Falcon after they hail them to see if they're friend or foe.
