So glad for THIS vlog showing the actual sequence of events. The official Times Square vlog, in contrast, ran 4 minutes late, showing Anka's rendition of Lennon's IMAGINE starting at Midnight with no mention of the time. The ball drop was shown 4 minutes in to 2024. SMH

This song has such a special message I need to hear it without the noise of the crowd .... ughhh
(Please don't go and hate the crowd! Just look for better sound technology or editing). There are some other recordings with better sound quality out there. [A directional mic and a windscreen would have helped improve the one you didn't like] One that came out with less extraneous noise and a better balance - is "PaulAnkaTV 2023" [which means 2023-4] - is also available on RUclips, and the song is about 4and a half minutes into the recording. Sounds wonderful. and done in a new way - Trying to get us to appreciate one another more!

Nice, But what happened to all the fireworks lately last several years. They havent been any fireworks. Which is Disappointing. It just 2024 lights flashing and No fireworks anymore like other countries. But Thanks for showing time square and My hometown.❤

Seems like the world has had too many fireworks in 2023! (The kind that aren't about celebration!) I am hoping to see us back in a world situation in which they are only for celebration (with no one fearing for their security, and no one shooting rockets back and forth by the thousands). Anyhow thanks for sharing the sights and stories and music and the views of so many people with renewed hopes and dreams
