We have a ~23k gal pool with a superfood VS. What would be a suggested efficient program? We can always tweet a basic program! Thanks!

The SCRN 100 is to set the contrast for the display. Probably best to leave at 100 percent.

quick question sir, i have a 24k gallon pool, whisperflo that runs 6 hours a day at single speed, 3450 RPM and has been doing fine all this time with a suction cleaner hooked up. I recently purcahsed a Hayward VS pump, what would be enough time to run at a fast speed for my cleaner to run, then the rest at lower speeds? should i go with 2 speed settings, or 3? thank you

I would set it to hyper dimensional drive and go with the flow..❤happy 2025

what about if the superflo is connected to a ez touch panel?

If I set my duration for speed (3) at 0:00 , but I want it cranked up for a spa for example, how long would speed 3 stay on before it would default back to its regular schedule? Is it possible to set the default?

But what about the external control only mode?

What is the meaning of external control only buttons

    • @billwdwc
      @billwdwc Год назад

That's when the motor is controlled by a pentair external box like the Easy touch - a cable goes from the control box to a plug on the motor

I agree 100%! I just replaced our 'old faithful' single speed, just flip the switch whenever you want to run it and flip the switch back whenever you want to turn it off pump. Simple! I loved it! There was none of this programming BS. I asked if this could
be set up like that and the best he could do is set up the 'quick clean' button for 6 hours. With all of this fancy technology you'd think they could have included a simple on/off switch for those of us who don't want to be bothered with programming anything.

      @@xamericanpridex It has a start/stop button.

Set prog 1 up like a single speed and zero out options 2 & 3. Has an on off switch. Nothing difficult about it if you want to operate that way but it negates the reason for a variable. Saving $$$$.

@@xamericanpridex Dude, this is the 90s....C'mon man, get with it....3 speeds are BETTER than 1....take advantage of electricity savings man !! Even you can learn to program this in less than a full week of a 3 hour / day course ( I hope ).

Get a single speed motor and a matching impeller, throw that vari-garbage in the can.
I will not install them but making them go away is brisk business nowadays.

lol…what a cluster eff these varI-poo pumps are.
Just don’t, do whatever needed to stay single speed.
    I deny service to dummies.
