Dude honestly… if she was seeing him and if he truly is an abuser, he might be the reason why. Abusers absolutely isolate their victims in this way. Idk how much you know about the dynamic, but it freaked me out to read this because I never listened to the pod but to hear that she shut it down like that makes me think that this guy absolutely had something to do with the reason why.
