Really hate that Amerit Resort next door. Has totally dampened the enjoyment of the Sunset building. Did you get this unit on an exchange? I haven't had much luck getting an OF unit on exchange in a few years now, it's all been OV.

Since it is just me and my wife, Oceana Palms is a bit overkill. We prefer the studio or 1 bedroom at Ocean Pointe just a few blocks away

Yes. This was an II exchange. We have had an OF a couple times on exchange but most often it is ocean view. Thanks for watching.
