We booked the ocean front view for Nov. 1-8th 2021. Will there be any refurbishment going on at the resort during our stay. We really are looking forward to a relaxing week and would feel better if we knew what will be happening during our stay. We booked Ocean Front villa and have stayed there before. A high level would be nice. Please advise....
@@sueedmund8814 They recently completed a refurbishment of the villas in the Sunrise tower. This is the tower that has the oceanfront villas. So all of them have been refurbished. The other tower (sunset) isn't due for refurbishment for a few more years. The pools were also resurfaced in 2020. So I am not aware of any refurbishments that would be happening during your scheduled trip. Though you may want to call the resort to confirm. Also, all villas are above the 7th floor. So no worries about not getting a high floor with a great view. With oceanfront, you will have great views. If you can't get a center view unit, I would try to request a north corner villa as they won't have the view of the new Amrit building next door. Either way, great ocean views won't be an issue. I suggest calling the resort a few weeks before check in to make any villa requests. Thanks for watching!
