Addition to my comments on biodiesel production raw material : My remarks of using paddy stalk as raw material was mistakenly referred to for biodiesel. In fact, this applies for bioethanol and not biodiesel. Kindly read my later part of comments not for biodiesel.

We are gonna to have 1 to 7cr business and he is dealing like he is very busy person and I am who has power to invest 7cr I have lots of time!!! 6000 to 7000 sq ft land is requirement as per video. In fact, more land is required than that. Getting raw material is very difficult currently. Need to import palm oil as the production is less. If heterogenous mix is used as raw material, then the quantity of output bio-diesel would be very less. What about enzymes? No reference here. Enzymes are to be imported currently. The settling period after mixing with enzymes goes to approx. 24 hours. Curious to know how we can have multiple batches, unless we have settling tanks. Ethanol storage tanks are required. It was told that storage tanks are required after business expansion is done. Glycerol is used in soaps. Storage tank for Glycerol is also required till the Glycerol is sold out. Also, storage tank is required for bio-diesel. While selling the bio-diesel, one need to find out the profit. For 1 cr investment, it is mentioned in the video that 12.5 Lakhs of Profit per month can be made i.e., 1.5 cr per year. This is great number, but is it true? 1 Cr investment and with in one year earn 1.5 cr, that too on a capital intensive industry? The video can be done with better facts, if a visit is made to a bio-diesel plant by the person who prepared this video.
@@prashikbhagat6113 I visited McDonalds, KFC, Burger King and other popular local restaurants to source used cooking oil.. McDonalds and others already had a tie up with some firm.. and local restaurants do not follow FSSAI norms regarding how many times oil should be used.. leading to unhealthy food products as well as almost nil amount of remained oil
If u have a biodiesel plant then u can get permission from goverment for importing Used cooking oil.but it is costly like in india we can get for 20-25 rs per ltr but while importing you will get it for 45-50 rs per litre and you'll sell it for BPCl like companies for 95 rs approx and if u sell industry companies then u will get around 75-80 rs per litre. so conclusion is daily one batch (500 ltr capacity plant) = 500*25 days = 12500 ltr per month and your margin is 20 rs per litre minimum so,final calculation is 12500*20 = 2,50,000 minimum profit if u sell for industry purpose
