Doing two different events in one weekend is soo stressful for me. But always a good cash infusion. I try to find 2 day vendor events, same effect less stress lol
I love your take on the candle buying! Found your channel this morning, and I gotta admit I love it here 😂. But I am the kind of person to buy scents year round and ESPECIALLY in summer because of all the bright and fruity scents. If I saw something like “cereal milk” or anything strawberry/coffee scented, I’d stop so fast you’d see tire marks coming from my shoes! I just started my small small small business this summer and have done about 4 markets so far. I really love your set up and how personable you are 🩵
Your table set up is very pretty! You are very talented! You had a good assortment of products that make cute gifts! I hope you did well! Thanks for sharing!
I love how honest your videos are. They inspire me. I make things but am trying to figure out my rebrand. SUGGESTION: To keep your Monica’s sign from blowing up, get two tiny silver binder clips and clip one to each bottom corner and it won’t blow up.
Thank you so much for the honesty at the end of this video. I do struggle with calling it on a show/market when it is not going to be good for my business due to weather, other events/special things taking customer attention, etc. I'm actually sitting at home from a market that is supposed to be rained out and am using the time to make some new product ideas. Thanks for the validation!
Your setup was very cute! I just started my little business in 2020. I was doing some small craft shows. I haven't gone to any in awhile though. I've tried just over the weekend adding my things on offer up and Etsy. I'm not too hopeful though, sucks there's so much (better) competition out there.
Love your videos! When you film yourself at the event, is it on your phone and are you propping your tripod on the table. I just did my first one yesterday!!!! I’m exhausted. Like…exHAUSTED. I regret not taking more pictures or videos. It was busy, I thought the handful I captured was enough, but I’m just kicking myself now. Was really happy with it and learned a ton from RUclipsrs like you. Thanks for sharing your journey!
Girl, bath and body works literally sells their 7oz candles for $16, and the 8oz for $18, you absolutely can and SHOULD sell your small hand-poured candles for $10!! Edit: Also, one of the most important things I've learned is to never assume how much or how little money someone is willing and able to spend. If that's what the markup has to be for you to profit, that's at least how much it costs, plain and simple.
I was wondering what happened! Lol I was going to be across from you at the Jersey City pop up and was hoping to meet you because I also watch your videos! don’t feel bad though I also wanted to cancel 😂
FRINEDS! Today is my shop's 4 year anniversary & everything is 25% off! Thanks for the continuous support
You can glue metal washers to the corners of the banner and use a magnet on the back of the table cloth to help keep the banner from flying around

I’ve never seen anyone record their interactions with customers at markets so this is so cool to see
Saftey pins will help your tablecloth
I’m an introvert also and find a full day chatting to people at a market exhausting. I enjoy market days but I always sleep well that night.
This was a good video. Anytime you make a sale, someone out there is wearing or using what you made. Pretty cool.
you should use magnets at the bottom to keep the banner connected to the sheet :)

Definitely sell the small candles individually!
You can use water bottle at the corners of cloth. Put the cloth in between the lid and bottle. Its just an easy and fast solution for last minute. 🍾🍾🍾

You can sell your music mix for songs that you use in these videos. Soooooo fun to listen to your stuff while I prepare my popup! So motivating!

Sometimes it’s worth not going to a market and being productive in other ways!:)
Really love the coordinations of the colors💛💚💛
