It resonated with me so much. I picked group 3 and yes I do overthink a lot. And it has been taking up so much of my headspace. Half the times because I keep talking to myself I lose track of what goals I keep for myself daily, then I lose motivation and eventually I end up hating myself for being so unproductive. Im a student studying biomedical science and it has been hard for me to focus, and as you rightly said I am a very creative person too. I can see things logically but I have an extreme emotional side which I express through my art, and that has been on a standstill for quite some. In this video, you took a pause about feeling the group's pain when they could not express themselves or do the thing they're passionate about. I'm pursuing musical theatre but have been very sick. It's affected my strength which affects the voice and I have not sung or done anything related to my career in years. Pile 1 and 4 is just so spot on dear❤️ suffered from anxiety and panic attack since aug 2018 after sudden demise of my dearest mother-in-law.. had to manage everything at home, father in law health deteriorated, husband started getting Anxious, sleeplessness, i tried my best to settle things and finally had a major breakdown myself as managing office, family became extremely difficult eventhough I had caretakers at home.. used to feel out of breath, could not swallow food, could not gulp water as I used to get so damn scared due to anxiety.. I can t even tell you how right you were about that overthinking you started with it. I am working to release my selfsabotage and overthinking and I feel I am close to finish with that. Even if I have creative ideas I don t know where to start and how to finally put it in practice or they are too many that get me not start at all because I don t know wich one to choose : write, paint, start a podcast, do some hand made stuff etc. I surrender the control and overthinking and let the divine guide me with my creative ideas.

It resonated with me so much. I picked group 3 and yes I do overthink a lot. And it has been taking up so much of my headspace. Half the times because I keep talking to myself I lose track of what goals I keep for myself daily, then I lose motivation and eventually I end up hating myself for being so unproductive. Im a student studying biomedical science and it has been hard for me to focus, and as you rightly said I am a very creative person too. I can see things logically but I have an extreme emotional side which I express through my art, and that has been on a standstill for quite some. It kills me ,yes , cause creation to me feels the reason for my existance or at least it used to feel. My name is a sanskrit word which even means creation. As you rightly predicted I am a Virgo too. And I have myself been feeling that there is some thought I'm holding on to very tightly, and it is irrational. I can't exactly point to it. Maybe it's about my desire to be seen as logical,practical, responsible, and willful as I have been seen as extremely sensitive and emotional before. But I am myself tired of my emotions. I don't want to deal with my periodic mood swings, I don't want to react to everyone, i don't want to be emotional anymore, I just want to be productive and move forward and see the fruits of my work. It was so relatable that I was moved to tears. And I don't know how to stop thinking, my mind doesn't stop. Even though this video came out a while ago, it came up on my feed late last night and my reading (Group 3) really spoke to me--probably because I am a writer. I overthink things a lot, and it used to be, when I write, I would put a lot of pressure on myself to create these beautiful, original works and it made the process really painful. Then I learned to let go and just write what I was feeling (following my heart/ intuition/ spirit), and I found I was happier and my writing came out better. Your analogy reminded me of this. I've bee struggling to apply these lessons to my (non-writing) life.
