This is Sweden actually, 30c at the end of the day! Roads were like powder in places, very slippy

I don't think they're going to for at least 10 years or more.🙂

They have some Opel cup in Germany i think, not very interesting and sound is really strange

If they do shorter stages it's possible. I think getting the charging infrastructure and/or swappable batteries to remote locations would be difficult.
