Everybody in the comments section of RUclips is a professional welder... Funny how none of them have their own vids showing how it's done. Too busy talking shit, I guess. 😂😂😂
Nice work young man,I built one about 15 yrs.ago.used a chunk of 10×10×1/4 sq. Tube similar to yours.tucked a winch inside.extremely strong.A bit heavy! I started welding back in 77.
Nice camera work, nice editing, nice bumper, nice disco. This is perfect ! Thanks for sharing with us !!! Can't wait to see how it performs now :) :) :) :) :)
Great to watch the process! Thanks for sharing these videos. Such great fun to see these trucks being used for what they are bred for! Jealous that the TD5 was not sold in the USA, however :/. Subscribed!
Good idea , a little on the primative side for me. Everything I design is over engineered past the point of practical , it's my weakness. I would have done something similar but out of 3/4" plate and a forklift to pick it up.
Your videos are always so engaging :), The topics for your clips are on point :), This vid of yours had me glued to the screen:), What camera do you use to shoot your episodes?, What microphone do use?
Nice job. You might want to consider a MIG welder and Argon + CO2 setup for this kind of work. It produces cleaner smoother weld beads compared to stick welding. Just a thought.
Sorry, I didn't kept the measurements. But if you want a storage system including a sleeping platform you can check my latest videos, you will find some measurements. 😉
its hard to do good welds with stick on sheet metal. as long as they are strong welds thats all that matters. should get a mig welder to make your life much easier
Nice fab job bro but next time don't ruin all your hard work with welding like that. Fit it up yourself and pay someone who knows how to weld. And yes, I am a professional welder.
Thanks Tommy for your advice ! 😃 Money issue haha! It was my first welding project, just after giving a try on a straight line! But I'm glad it's still strong & doing it's job!
