He is beast in almost every popular martial arts form there and has been practicing it since he was 6 years old. You gotta see his other videos. Just giving the credit where it's due.
I can’t find the reply from the time but just the fact that I messaged or tagged Bren Foster in my concern about continuing my taekwondo training after breaking my ankle and he actually responded multiple time means the world to me.
